History: At the Springfield County Fair, Lisa Simpson enters a  place-setting contest, only to have her entry ridiculed by the judge. In order to avenge his daughter's humiliation, and avoid getting arrested for another felony assault, Homer dons a makeshift costume and hits the judge in the face with a pie. Thus, Pieman is born, declaring, "Wherever people are mistreated, Pieman will strike!"
